The Quarter is an ambitious mixed-use development designed for creators, innovators, and anyone who wants to live a little differently. When I was brought in to brand The 704, its residential heart, I was working with a rare opportunity: a blank slate. The challenge was to strike a balance between upscale living and the accessibility that appeals to a younger crowd. I developed a brand system that could flex to be modern and elevated, but with an approachable, energetic edge. The architecture itself leans industrial with its brick and steel, so I echoed that grit through bold typography and structured layouts, softened with pops of color and playful details to avoid feeling too polished. The system was designed to work seamlessly across applications, from large-scale signage to subtle in-unit touches, ensuring residents feel the personality of the place woven into every interaction. At its core, the identity positions The 704 as more than apartments, showing that it's a hub for people who want to live close to the action, but far from ordinary.
